All service fees paid for diagnostics, repair, maintenance, or technical support are non-refundable once work has begun or advice has been provided.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where services are not delivered as promised due to an error on our part, we may consider a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Customers must contact us within 7 days of the service date to request a review.
